Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of spinledger.co.uk ("the site"). By using the site you accept them. If you don't, please don't use it.
1. Who the site is for
The site is intended only for people aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom. It contains information about gambling products. If you are under 18, please leave the site.
2. What the site is
Spin Ledger is an independent comparison and information site. We are not a gambling operator. We don't accept bets, hold funds or run any games, and we have no control over the casinos we describe. Opening an account with a casino creates a contract between you and that casino only.
3. Accuracy of information
We take care to report offers accurately and we print significant terms in the operators' own words. But casinos can change or withdraw offers at any time, and without telling us. The terms on the operator's own website are the ones that apply. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or other professional advice, and our scores and rankings are editorial opinion.
4. Links and commission
Some links take you to third-party websites, and we may receive a commission if you open an account through them. How this works is set out in our advertising disclosure. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of sites we link to.
5. Responsible use
Please gamble only with money you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you problems, our safer gambling page lists free sources of help.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design and original graphics on the site belong to us. You may read, print and share links to pages for personal use. Please don't copy substantial parts of the site without permission. Casino names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify them.
7. Liability
We provide the site as it is. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, from reliance on information in it, or from your dealings with any casino. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use the site in any unlawful way, attempt to break its security, or scrape it at a rate that affects other readers.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
